This fantastic response followed 2 months of dealing with horrible results from 3 other HVAC companies in the Alexandria area. This is the second time we’ve worked with Alex and the SwiftPro team. Their prices are fair, they are honest and take the time to explain the options they suggest for the work we needed to have done. We needed to have a ductless min-split a/c and heat pump unit installed in a room over our garage. Edis and Rony were the two that came and did the actual install. They were friendly, took the time to show me what they needed to do and offered suggestions for parts of the job that proved to be a little more challenging. They were thorough making sure everything was installed and running well, cleaned up afterward, and walked through how to use the unit before they left. Today was 96 and felt like 110 outside and my office was a cold 73 degrees. After enduring a very hot office for the past several years, I am so grateful!
