SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We had a great experience with both Alex and Jaime! Alex, our comfort advisor, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood our options. Jaime, the service technician, came out quickly and got our HVAC system repaired in a timely manner. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the visit. Together, they made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. We’re grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them!

From estimation with Jevon to installation with Mike, David, Edis, Aaron, Oscar and Jamie, we were pleased with how SwiftPro conducted business. We had a very big job which required many technicians and several days’ work. SwiftPro was very fair with their pricing for labor and materials cost. The crew was very considerate and worked around our availability and scheduling. They set up our home with Portable ACs, so that we were comfortable while they worked on the system.
During the installation each crew member announced their arrival so that we were informed. They were courteous and professional and they gave us updates throughout the process. They worked continuously despite the intense summer heat in the attic. They delivered high-quality work and provided us with great options for our Ducted Heat Pump for our home. They followed up to make sure the system was working...

Tyler is beyond knowledgeable and professional! He’s done HVAC work for our church and others we know. So he’s the obvious choice to consider for our home! Explained various options with pros and cons to find the right system for us!

I just want to say this was a very positive experience. Our plumbing technician (newly affiliated with The Irish Plumber), Nii Kwantreng, was warm, professional, and straightforward from start to finish. He responded quickly to our short-notice, late-day request, worked after hours but quickly, and delivered outstanding results! We are extremely satisfied. Thank you, Nii!

I had a great experience with Aaron and Luke for my duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were very professional, friendly, and punctual. After the inspection, they clearly explained the work needed and provided the price upfront before starting. I especially appreciated their dedication—they even came back with a larger ladder to finish the duct cleaning properly. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out. I would definitely recommend Aaron and Luke to anyone in need of duct or dryer vent cleaning!

Professionally done, excellent communication, I was very satisfied with everything.

Absolutely a great job I'm very very happy with all of his help

We had outstanding service from SwiftPro senior plumber Kieran! He’s been our plumber for 20 years. The quality of his work is unsurpassed. Highly recommend SwiftPro and Kieran.
