SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Yes the service tech Tyson who came to speak to me about our situation with our sewage line was upfront and thorough about what can be done. Still deciding what's the best route to take however.

It was very informative and very polite and didn’t try to overcharge us on something. We can’t get fixed by a plumber and he did a great job. He deserved a raise.

Absolutely outstanding service!!! SwiftPro was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. Nate quickly diagnosed the issue with our heating system then explained everything clearly, and made sure it was fixed properly, not just temporarily patched. You can tell he truly knows his craft and takes pride in doing the job right.
If you’re looking for a company that is reliable, skilled, and trustworthy, I highly recommend SwiftPro. We will definitely call them again for any future HVAC needs!

Response time was very fast. The technician was knowledgeable, the prices were reasonable, and my technician even found ways to save hundreds of dollars for me off the quoted price. He was creative and thorough, and I will not hesitate to call him again. Thank you Zabi Khatibi for the great work!

Great company with great techs! Very responsive and helpful when explaining the details of estimates.

I am so glad I found this company. We have been having water heater issues for months and had a few technicians here to inspect but cannot diagnose the issue. But with SwiftPro, the experience was excellent!
Their technician, Xavi Flores is a true professional in the this field. He is very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issues right away with recommendations on how to correct them. He was very patient listening to our issues and concerns and provide us detailed professional recommendations with different options. I am so happy to find a true expert in the field and can’t thank him enough! Definitely a star employee of the company.
In addition, this company has a live tracking system to show where their technician vehicle is and how long it will take to arrive your home in real time. So you can monitor it and don’t need to wonder when to expect their arrival....

Professional, knowledgeable, personable. Great to know of SwiftPro and Tyson. We will call on them again for sure

Master Plumber Kieran Lyons has done several plumbing projects at our house since joining the Swift Pro team and before. All projects were done on time and with the highest level of professionalism. The price quoted was the amount I paid. When Kieran left , the work site was spotless.
Indira from the office side of things communicated perfectly making sure everything went smoothly. Shout out to Indira!
I plan to stay with Swift Pro for all my plumbing needs.

Update February 2026.
I needed a toilet replaced so I called Swift Pro Plumbing expecting to get Master plumber Kieran. To my disappointment Kieran is no longer working with Swift Pro
I decided to stay with a Swift Pro Plumber. They sent plumber Zabi Khatibi out to do the job and I can say the job was done well with no mess left for us to clean. I will use Swift Pro Plumber Zabi Khatibi again.
