I had the pleasure of having them come clean my apartment today, the whole process was super smooth without any hiccups at all. And best of all my apartment is SPOTLESS! I walked into the bathroom and I don't know how but the cleaner was able to remove all of the rust deposits from the grout in the tub. And the rest of the apartment looks like I just moved in!
