Very professional!!

On November 17, 2014, our washing machine supply line broke during the night, flooding our laundry room and den before the fire department arrived to shut off the water. I would like to say Swartz did an excellent job drying out our floors, walls, carpeting, baseboards and cabinets. They replaced what needed to be replaced, and were very serious about the possibility of mold developing, and used procedures against that occurring. They worked in our home in a respectful manner, answering all of our questions and reassuring us. Also I would like to say they worked in a timely manner and cleaned up their mess every day before they left. All in all Dave and I would recommend Swartz Contracting for any services we might need around our home.

Our family has been in need of water damage restoration services several times over the past few years. Swartz Contracting was recommended to us the first time we had damage and we haven't even considered calling anyone else ever since. They are quick to respond to service calls. Their employees are very polite and personable. They keep the mess contained in the area in which they're working and they clean up after themselves! For projects that were covered by our insurance, they communicated directly with the insurance company and all we had to do was pay the deductible. The work they do is excellent and when they're done, our place doesn't look like it did before the damage, it looks better! I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Swartz for any restoration project. They are our "go-to" team!

The weekend my house flooded due to a frozen and burst pipe was overwhelming! All it took was one phone call from my insurance representative and Ben and his crew were there within an hour. They assessed the situation, began removing unsalvageable items, and salvaged everything they possibly could. They were very careful and not at all reckless with my belongings. The guys were so kind and considerate of me and my pets, who needless to say were really out of sorts. I was really impressed with how thorough they were to ensure my safety. Ben would go into the crawl space, and the attics, (I have three), and the basement, all on a daily, and sometimes twice a day basis to ensure the floors and house were drying out properly. All the employees were professional and completed our job very efficiently and correct. They were on site as soon as they were called for our emergency. They worked in cooperation with our insurance company. The end result, our basement was back in use and looked better than ever. They went the extra steps to make sure the job was done correctly. I will highly recommend Swartz Contracting to anyone that has a restoration or clean-up from an emergency.

After a pipe burst on the second floor of my home, Swartz Contracting came to my rescue. Ben and his crew literally dried out 2 rooms, the bathroom and the hallway thoroughly. They explained everything they were doing to me, were very respectful of my home - taking all precautions to protect it as they were drying it out, and prevent further damage. They were also kind and considerate to my children and our pets! I always felt like our home was their top priority, as Ben checked progress several times a day through personal visits and text communication. I hope to never go through such a catastrophe again, but if I did, I would want them to help.

I work as a full time fireman and have heard of Schwartz Contracting through classes they sponsor and knew that they did fire recovery for some of our victims. I had heard nothing but good things from people that used them, but I can't say enough about how good of a job they did for me.
The morning our hot water heater broke we we cleaned up all the water we could see and called our insurance right away. The insurance company gave us a list of names of companies that would take care of our water damage. Schwartz was one of the companies that we could use, so I called them right away. Within 2 hours of my call there were 2 guys at my door with vaccums, dryers, and dehumidifiers. They tore up flooring, drilled holes, and exposed all the water that was under my laminate.
