So far, as I’ve only had an introductory review of treatment, all seems good. The staff has been friendly in trying to start my procedure by rescheduling a couple of times. This has all to do with the pandemic, and not the procedure. As I had work done prior with Dr.Carlsen, and I was truly happy with the results, I felt that if your group took over, you must be doing good work too. If Dr. Carlsen untrusted his business to you, then so would I. Hopefully, my work will start in the next couple of weeks as restrictions are being eased with no more postponements.
