i had already had a negative experience with a different carpet cleaning company in the tyler area so i was a bit cautious.

so i called TCC. i spoke with heidi and told her what i needed done. she explained what they would do, when they would do it, time frame, cost, etc. tyler carpet cleaning tech, jd, called ahead of time to confirm appointment. he arrived as scheduled, surveyed the carpet area to be cleaned and gave me a very professional good news/bad news estimation of what he'd be able to do and the possibility that the carpet stains may not be able to be removed. jd went to work,...

Had a great experience with tyler carpet cleaning. The technician JD did a very good job, even got out a red wine stain that i thought would be there forever. Rwally professional and quaility work. Will use again.

Scheduled a couple of days in advance. Gave a 2 hour window arrival. Showed up on time and took care of business. Would gladly hire again

They did an awesome job on our windows. We had new construction that they cleaned the windows spotless! It didn’t even look like there was a window there it was so clean. We highly recommend them for your home or business.
