Hotels.com didn’t give me the option to pay at the motel. I need a paper receipt for my company. The front desk clerk was a little rude.

Super 8 by Wyndham clear lake Replied: you asked for a paper receipt and I told you I could give you one and that it wouldn't have dollar amounts and that you had to call who you made the reservations with for that you got a little upset with me. but there is nothing I can do about that. When you got on your phone and ignored me I asked for you ID and you told me that you wanted to talk to them. I said oh ok and let you be. Hotels.com has nothing to do with the hotel they are just a booking site.

I paid for the room I walked in then went to the bathroom then left stayed then at a best western that night. It smelled horrible and disgusting. I just walked out so disgusted I lost $90
