Arrived right when expected….yea! Last year we had 2 gentlemen working together, so I was a bit concerned that 1 man could handle the project…….roof looks great, so I guess 1 man can ……. But who would have made “ the call” if that 1 guy got into difficulties ? Lastly, our personal ladder was used, not an issue, but it was left standing on the side of our roof upright. With the violent storms we have daily, I’m super worried I’m in trouble, since my husband won’t be home till late this afternoon, that sucker is a weapon of mass Destruction. A walk around should have been preformed before departure, just like the airlines. Thx Read more >

After discussing this with our technician he actually did not use your ladder as we always have our own. But he did forget and left yours standing up, he did that to put it out of the way because it was in the grass but no excuses. He should have made our usual property walk around to make sure all was picked up. Thanks again and we'll see you next year!
