I have been working with Dr. Ron and his team for nearly four years. I have a rare autoimmune condition that he has been advising me on and how to deal with it through proper diet and supplements. Dr. Sinagra and his team are awesome! They definitely looks out for your best interest and mold the nutrition plan & supplements based on your blood work, what type of condition you have and your current diet. I have suffered from plaque and gutate psoriasis for more than half of my life. I was 13 when I got it, extremely self conscious and working with the Sunrise Wellness team has relieved most of my inflammation and redness. It’s been amazing to see ACTUAL skin instead of red flare ups on a regular. I’m not fully healed but I will say this is the best i’ve ever seen my skin. When I first met Dr. Sinagra during my consultation, I immediately had a good feeling from him. Dr. Sinagra is full of enthusiasm and positive energy.

His desire to restore my health back to optimal was clearly evident throughout my entire program. He had a good sense early on of what we needed to target to get things back on track and I always felt that he was on top of it. Before I found Sunrise Wellness Center, my health was in bad shape, my issues that I dealt with everyday were never addressed by other doctors and I had lost hope that this would be my life. I've suffered with ulcerative colitis, an autoimmune disease, for 25 years. Flare ups are debilitating and long lasting. I've been treated with immunosuppressant medications that induce a multitude of side effects. Every doctor I saw told me there was absolutely nothing I could do to prevent flare ups from happening again.
The medications I was taking were only treating the SYMPTOMS and were not addressing the CAUSES, and I was getting worse. There had to be a better way to treat this disease. I did some research and decided to give Dr. Ron's program a try.

Dr.Sinagra saved my life. It all started when I was 28 years old and noticed swelling in my ankles, then my knee and then it went to my hands. I went to my normal doctor and did blood work and found out I had rheumatoid arthritis. I went to see a specialist and was told I had to go on heavy medicine in order to be able to be “normal” again. Boy were those doctors wrong. Doctor Sinagra took me in with open arms and said there’s a better option. I will admit I was hesitant at first but I knew I could not be in this type of pain for the rest of my life. The diet and supplements were challenging at first but it soon became routine. I have been suffering with sciatica for approxiamtely 3 months, tried motrin, acunpuncture, another chiropractor and other things no success.
