Michael was great; he knew what needed to be done, and provided a full report of his finding plus he followed with recommendations to address the issues. This is my first time using Sunrise Pest Management services and I am pleased with the service. Only advice to the company is to please call the customer in advance to cancel, do not wait until the last minute or wait until the customer calls to find out why the worker did not show up; other than that, they do a great job.
