Technician arrived promptly, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, even answering my (many!) questions about the specific ants I was having problems with. Given the very small size of my house I noticed results in a few short hours and there isn't even any residual smell or fumes. If I so much as see a single carpenter ant again I'll be calling Sunrise!

We have used Sunrise Pest Management for over a year. We have had chronic issues with mice and carpenter ants due to outdoor construction, etc. We also live in the woods. I have them out almost monthly to check for rodents. The workers usually arrive on time and do a thorough job. Yesterday, I waited most of the afternoon and called to see when they were coming. Eric answered. He said the technician was there at noon. I was here and no one knocked on the door. They need to check the traps in the garage and crawl space. This is our second home, and I have to make appts. to make sure I am here to let them in. I was very frustrated that this happened. Eric listened to me rant. He then said he would come on his day off (Saturday). He just left and was so nice! A big shout out for Eric. He deserves a raise!!!!

Competitive prices, thorough work, informative, and I always prefer to support local businesses- especially when they do great work!!! This is the 2nd year I've used them. Bees last year then fleas this year (on my indoor cats!). Would recommend to anyone.

I have had Sunrise treat my houses for carpenter ants (first one, then the next) for approximately 19 years and wouldn't even consider using anyone else. They let me know by email ahead of each visit, and bill my credit card automatically, making it so easy for me! In my current house, I've had sugar ants inside the house several times, and they've treated for the ants for no extra charge, and no questions asked. At my current house, they also have rat bait stations, which are also included in my every-other-month service, at no extra charge. I've never seen a single carpenter ant, ever. I recommend Sunrise to everyone!
