Had an appt w/Sunrise Pest for Jan 17 from 1-4, for regular treatment, plus inside the house for continuing sugar ant problem. We were home waiting for him 1-4pm and no one came. I called your office around 4, someone told me she would reach the technician, she called me back, was not able to reach him, so she set up another appt for Tues 21. Technician on 21st came and treated the downstairs for the sugar ants, and checked the outside also as he thought we had gotten the regular treatment outside on the 17th. I told him I didn’t think so, so he went outside to inspect the rodent bait boxes, and I believe a perimeter spray. He was very thorough and explained things well which I appreciated.
