Sunrise Pest Management Bellevue

Scheduling seems to be unorganized, it's either short notice or when asked dates are not correct. I asked last time when I was scheduled and I was told via email 8/7 but the tech showed up on 8/1. I did receive an email 7/31 telling me that I'm scheduled 8/1 which is not enough time to coordinate for any changes.

I use SPM for regular maintenance and pest control. They come out once every two months. They are very responsive—great customer service! But more importantly, they do the job, and it works!

Sunrise does great work, and their communication and scheduling is excellent as well. Our sugar ants have pretty much left the building!
