My experience with Sunrise over the last 6 months has been awful. I started having an ant problem in February and contacted Sunrise to come take care of it. They showed up and sprayed then the ants showed up again about a month later. I called to ask them to come out. I had an appointment window of 12-4pm. When they were not there by 4:30 I called the office and they contacted the tech and he said he forgot the appointment. They then said they would send a tech out right away. Then they called 10 minutes later to say traffic was too bad and they would send someone out in the next couple of days. The tech showed up and did the work. While they were here I asked them to put the gel the previous tech has used under the baseboard and the tech said that wasn't necessary. I told him I wanted it done because it had worked last time.
