I would suggest that the first thing that needed to be done was to locate the areas where the rats were entering the house.This includes the roof!
For months traps were placed in a house that remained vulnerable. I was told that Sunrise did not investigate the roofs and I was also told that
I needed to find someone else to look into the areas between the floors.If so, I needed a phone number.And guys, yes I am a female, but I know the difference between
the sound of a rat landing in the attic with a big THUNK, and the sound of birds and squirrels! I was told I was hearing birds and squirrels a number of times when I could smell rat death .(Women actually are better when it comes to smelling stuff.My guess is there are bones in the walls. ) I do want to add that I appreciate this service which is so essential and also unpleasant to perform. Randy was great and even showed me how he does it.

The technician was not informed of everything that is done on my quarterly visits. He came unprepared with not enough spider tack strips for garage and said they do not spray garage every visit…..which has been done for me for years. I had to catch him before he left to see if he sprayed generator and he said no even though it was in his notes. Not acceptable for the amount of money we pay and you’re only here every 3 months!
