Chris Staudt inspected our home for us in a very thorough and professional manner. What I appreciated most was the walk through where he pointed out what was good about the house (insulation, wiring, HVAC vents & returns, overall cleanliness & care), what was OK today but likely problematic in the future (garage door opener, age of AC compressor) and what was a genuine issue (some amateur kitchen plumbing for an RO water system). We received the thorough report complete with detail pics in a short timeframe and overall could not have been more pleased.
