I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend of mine and Alma took care of everything. She was wonderful to work with. The flowers were just beautiful and they were delivered the very same day. If I need more flowers, this is where I will be going. I highly recommend this florist.

Came in from out of state for a funeral. We wanted a silk flower arrangement and SuEllen's is the only shop we could find that did silks. We went the morning of the funeral, not knowing exactly what we wanted it to look like. Lady at the counter was SUPER friendly and helpful. After a few minutes talking with her and picking a color palette she made a BEAUTIFUL arrangement in 20 minutes. If I ever need a florist in the Cape Coral area again they will definitely get my business.

My husband stopped into SuEllen's yesterday to order flowers for our anniversary to be delivered today. He was told that they close at noon but they would have them delivered before then. Well, they were not delivered. He paid a lot of money for the flowers and was assured they would be delivered today. This was the first time we have ordered from them (and the last). Very disappointed to say the least. My husband called the store but it was after they were closed so he left a message.

FOLLOWUP: We received a call this morning (Sunday; even though they were closed) from SuEllen, the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, 726 instead of 762. She stated that they called my husband's cell phone because nobody answered the door. There was a missed call at 8:39AM, but no voicemail. Not sure why they were calling if the flowers were delivered at 11:20AM. Anyway,...
