My husband stopped into SuEllen's yesterday to order flowers for our anniversary to be delivered today. He was told that they close at noon but they would have them delivered before then. Well, they were not delivered. He paid a lot of money for the flowers and was assured they would be delivered today. This was the first time we have ordered from them (and the last). Very disappointed to say the least. My husband called the store but it was after they were closed so he left a message.
FOLLOWUP: We received a call this morning (Sunday; even though they were closed) from SuEllen, the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, 726 instead of 762. She stated that they called my husband's cell phone because nobody answered the door. There was a missed call at 8:39AM, but no voicemail. Not sure why they were calling if the flowers were delivered at 11:20AM. Anyway,...
