We love stretch-n-grow! My daughter adores the activities

Stretch-n-Grow is an amazing program! Not only does it teach healthy living practices to young children, they learn about fitness goals, and the anatomy of the body all while instructing in a way they will remember! Both my little ones LOVE when Coach Pam comes to their school and aren’t shy about telling me either! I mean, when your four year old tells you about the femur you know they are in a quality program!

My daughter enjoyed the ballet class last year with Ms. Ashley. Ms. Ashley is extremely patient, enthusiastic and fun. We were very pleased with the affordability and convenience of the class being taught right at her school.

We love stretch and grow! Our daughter attends through her preschool and she loves Tuesday’s!! We love that she is learning a healthy lifestyle!

we love the stretch and grow program. our 3 youngest have participated in the program throughout their preschool years and love it. Not only are they "getting active" but also learning a lot about growing up with a healthy lifestyle. Truly positive impactful life lessons!

My daughter participates in tennis afterschool at Ashton and absolutely loves it. She loves teaching me how to play and I can see since last year the improvement.

My 3 year old daughter loves stretch and grow. She talks about eating healthier, to grow big, since joining. She enjoys the activities and tells me about what she did. It is a chance for us to have a quality "how was your day" conversation.
