We recently moved to the area and came across this daycare by searching on the Texas Health and Human Services. We came in for a tour and for more information about this daycare, but the Director of Storybooks School was very unprofessional and was trying to speak to us like we were children. She had us sitting in the lobby area waiting on her to do absolutely nothing that important before answering our questions. I noticed the employees were very sweet when we spoke to them; however, the director needs to learn how to conduct interviews better (even though I know she may be an older lady but that does not excuse her behavior). We also noticed walking in that there was no locked doors or buzz in system, something that we prefer. No shade to them, but it gave me an ick as soon as I spoke to the director.
