I experienced excellent communications with the folks at Stinger Trailers, both before, during, and after the sale of my Can Am combo trailer. They agreed to delay the shipment of my trailer until after my European vacation was over (3 weeks). It showed up in top notch condition, delivered right to my door. The trailer is made of very rugged materials, and I'm sure it will handle my Can Am RT Spyder exceptionally well.

As an aside, the trailer, while foldable, is heavier than I envisioned, so I'm working out the procedure for how I will fold/unfold it by myself. Once it is folded and in it's upright position, it's easily moved. I decided to purchase a trailer hitch mounted boom crane, and will use that to jack the trailer into an upright position for storage. Ty went above and beyond. And so did Robert! I brought my trailer in to get fixed up, as I had one of the very first old models from California that was constructed by the original business owner in 2016. Well, Ty’s passion for his product is evident in his actions. I was having issues during a trip because I was loading the bike incorrectly. Well when I called for help I got an immediate response from Ty and I was given instructions via FaceTime. This got my partner and I get back on the long road to home again. I was surprised to get so much attention. And when he saw my trailer on the video he noticed the was room for refurbishing so we dropped it off on route before home with the bike still on it! Stinger Trailer is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. I purchased one second hand, which is a model they no longer make under new ownership. I called to ask about the A Arm Kit for the older discontinued model. TY was super helpful. Sent me the kit and it was here within a week. He even went above and beyond by video chatting with me during install. I can't say enough about Stinger and Ty. These guys are the real deal. I will be purchasing a 3 place from them very soon. The trailer I have is for the CAN AM Spyder. I purchased it few years ago and have use it to take the Spyder in for service when traveling on business and could just drop the Spyder off at the dealership. The best part of this trailer is that you can fold it up, place it in the corner of the garage and not even know it is there.
Last year we trailered the Spyder to Tennessee and it followed the truck like it was on rails. Absolutely now swaying.
Through no fault of Stinger, I lost a couple of pins that hold up the ramps. Stinger did an improvement on these pins by increasing the diameter making them stronger. My trailer being older, new holes needed to be drilled. I arranged with Stinger to drop the trailer off on a Sat and pick it up the follow weekend. We purchased the Stinger Twin Motorcycle Trailer. We could not be happier with it- it was so easy to open up and fold up and it moves easily and utilizes minimal space in our garage. It is a rugged made trailer. We are so excited to take our first trip next month. Best product we have purchased and it is worth the investment.
