We recently bought a used 2021 Can Am Stinger trailer. It was in excellent shape and after reading the reviews we were excited to get it. We trailer our Spyder to Florida every winter. After purchasing it, we started our 5 hour trip home but the trailer was swaying significantly. We contacted the seller who said he never had a problem but always towed it loaded. The swaying was so bad that we called the 1-800 number found on the Stinger website. Ty answer immediately. He was in a team building session but asked if we could send him a video. He suspected that someone had drilled the bolt holes larger. As soon as he got the video he called us right back. He said we would not have a problem loaded but it shouldn’t sway empty anyway. My husband and I bought a trailer for our two motorcycles in July. The night before we were leaving on our trip we discovered that the lights were not working. Ty was texting back and forth with us on Saturday evening trying to help us sort it out. Excellent customer service! Don't hesitate to buy from this company! I purchased a 2021 XL 112 trailer from stinger. As time went on, I realized I needed an enclosed trailer, so I put mine up for sale. When the future owner was on his way to look at it, I realized I was missing one of the pins, which I had misplaced. I called stinger and reached the owner Ty. Not only did Ty immediately offer to send a free pin to the future owner, but we also discussed a concern I had with the trailer. He indicated there was a kit to secure the front end, which he also offered to send to the future owner free of charge!

Purchased a Pre-Owned Stinger XL 112 Folding Motorcycle Trailer from a private party...A pin was missing and Ty, the owner of Stinger Welcomed me to the family, said he would send a pin at no charge and offered a trailer frame update kit, shared install videos and even to FaceTime with me for install assistance. That's just Incredible!!! Post purchase Customer Service to a Second Owner! Stinger did not / does not profit from this, yet goes out his way and gives up his valuable time to make sure everything is perfect and that I will have a safe and good experience with the trailer. Love my Stinger Trike Trailer. It's easy to unfold, easy to fold, and takes up a fraction of space, that a traditional trailer does. I've owned mine for about 3 years now and have used it to take my Tri-Glide in for Maintenance and finally made it to Sturgis this year without any problems. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compact and reasonably priced trailer. The only thing I would change, would be to add a couple of tie down points near the back of the ramps, to secure the back end a little better. Read more >

Saw these trailers at the Laconia motorcycle rally. Got home and viewed one locally. Talked with the owner of the company over the phone and thru emails with questions etc. I was impressed with the helpfulness and the overall willingness they go thru for a potential customer. Did some searches online and saw many happy customers as well. When I purchased my trailer, I asked the guy some history about himself as well as the trailers. He explained he was only a rider for them initially then started selling their trailers only more recently. It was truly a pleasure to deal with people who genuinely care about their product and even more about their customers! I am 100% happy with this extremely well engineered trailer. I researched trailers for our Trike for close to four months before settling on the Stinger. One of the best decisions and purchases I have made in sometime. Easy to store; easy to unfold and hook up; easy to load and unload. Design permits secure and straightforward tie-down options. The trailer performs exceptionally well and places no undue stress on our engine. Pulled in a consistent and even fashion. Other than the extra weight, it handled similarly to driving without a trailer on the roads and highways. Called, and Kevin picked up and pointed me in the right direction. Picked up my trailer today. What can I say, what ingenuity! Built tough!! Easy to use, even my wife can maneuver it. Pleasure to talk to on the phone. Bought it locally and it was set up when I arrived. Can't say enough about how good this unit is. I got the XL 112 for my Street gide. Easy on, easy off!
