Appointment was between 800am and noon. I was called at 825am to be informed they would arrive at 900am. They arrived on time. They introduced themselves and covered their outdoor shoes with booties. It was a call for a AC check up. I was given a report of the check up and some additional work was needed. I was given four quotes based on how extensive a repair i wanted to persue. They explained all four clearly and gave me scenarios of what could happen if I didnt select the most expensive job. They are required to offer the customer all options, explain them clearly and then guide us to the optimal choice based on continued operations of the system and financially what the customer can afford. They performed the extra work quickly. Payment was made easily with a credit card on their tablet. A detailed invoice was emailed to me immediately. All service calls are kept on file on these... I Sterling Services them replace a shower handle and cartridge, and the bathtub drain thingee that dissolved long ago because of the hard water. Gabe arrived as scheduled, called 45 minutes before he expected to be at my house (within the two hour window I was given) quoted reasonable amount for repairs (it was my 2nd quote, the first was double this one), Gabe completed in timely manner. I am very happy with my services, Gabe was really nice, respectful, left repair area clean, and I didn't feel like I was overcharged. I will use them again, because it was effortless to have this work done. That is how I like it, nice and easy, no hassles.
