I called a couple weeks ago to ask some questions about an estimate and was greeted very nicely and was told financing was the hardest part to find for a steel roof. I proceeded to spend a couple days finding a place to lend me the money and was approved.

The next week I called back and nobody answered the phone for three consecutive days and decided to leave a voicemail. Gave them a week to call back and never heard from them again so I had to go with a regular roofing company instead.

I will say this is probably a fluke because this company came highly recommended but just be forewarned if time is an issue it may not work out. If you're reading this and wondering where to get a loan the company was called Lightstream. As for a metal roof the wife will have to wait but they're absolutely beautiful.
