We purchased a home last spring and had Steamway clean carpets before we moved in. Since then we had some remodeling work done over about 2 months and the contractors didn't lay down plastic or protect the carpets in any way. I honestly thought the carpet was ruined but don't have the budget to replace them. I called Steamway and just hoped they could make them look somewhat better. Mark & Jeremy did a really good job and I couldn't be happier - the carpet looks great and I'm so relieved!

The young man that cleaned our carpet was efficient and thorough. He was done with our little house in an hour and a half and answered all of our questions and let us look at the carpet and its trouble spots before he left. He gets an A+ for his efforts from us. Our 30-year-old carpet looks great once again.
