The young man that cleaned our carpet was efficient and thorough. He was done with our little house in an hour and a half and answered all of our questions and let us look at the carpet and its trouble spots before he left. He gets an A+ for his efforts from us. Thank you for your cleaning services. It was about 1 yr and 5 months since the previous cleaning and things had gotten out of hand. The technician did a thorough job. The special attention he gave to animal urine on the carpet was excellent. I can’t see the stains at all. Drying time was exactly as he predicted.
