Steamway Craftsmen

We have Steamway in Ames clean our carpet and upholstery and we did the same this year. They do an excellent job; everything looks great. Best of all their representatives are punctual, courteous and very considerate of our home and minimize the inconvenience. We'll have them regularly.

I recently had the storm drains back up into my home and the first call that I made was to Steamway. This was my first home and my first experience with damage and loss of property. From the first call, all the way through the end of the process, Steamway has been amazing! Each person took the time to explain what was being done and why it was necessary. I would recommend Steamway to anyone who is looking for a family owned and operated business that will give you tremendous service and will restore your home as if it was their own!

Steamway came and did all carpets in my home. They are beautiful!!! The basement carpet is the best it has looked since it was laid. Steps look as though the carpet was laid yesterday. The men were polite and diligent in their work. They made recommendations without being pushy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am always so pleased to come home after Steamway Craftsmen have cleaned our carpets! The floors are like new, and there is no residue to catch more dirt.
