My carpet was filthy (I have pets and grandchildren) and they were able to remove all the spots and stains! It looks absolutely gorgeous! They were courteous and completed the work quickly. I submit these remarks of evaluation with confidence, since I was once an employee of "a very high quality carpet establishment with a remarkable resemblance to Steamway!" A rather amazing similarity to be honest! Well, for carpet and upholstery cleaning in addition to water damage restoration, air duct cleaning and carpet repairs, there is no other company which I would select!
