Mark has kept our white carpet in 3 rooms looking fresh snd stain free since 1990! This year, after hosting a long haired cat a very long time, snd having someone accidentally spill apple juice all over the dining room carpet area more than once , I was sure this would be the year we would be told it is time for a new carpet but alas, Mark again came to the rescue snd my husband was as relieved as I was. We had purchased a couple of new chairs for our study and decided this would be a great time to have the carpet cleaned!
Austin , the Steamway Tech, was friendly, yet professional, and set about to do his job! He prepped the house, sprayed the bad spots in the room, and worked hard! He brushed the carpet afterwards with a special tool and made it look like NEW!!! He cleaned up afterwards and was on his way! Another happy customer!
