Steamway in Ames did a great job on our carpet. Due to the pandemic, I did it remotely and they were more than accommodating. I also had security concerns and was assured safety is of upmost importance and background checks are done on their technicians. The work was done to our expectations and dried quickly. No surprises in cost either. Thanks!

Worked me in on short notice--did a great job of taking care of a bad water/dirt stain.
