My basement flooded and they helped with pulling out the old carpet and pad. Then set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out.

We have used Steamway over the years to clean carpet and Russ always leaves it looking brand new. Their service is professional and they are so easy to work with, not to mention knowledgeable about any concerns regarding stains or condition of the carpet. It is money well spent. They are the best in the Ames area.

They did an outstanding job of not only the carpet stretched and the carpet repair caused by the previous renters pet damage and then on top of that cleaned the carpet perfectly and they did that and only about five hours I was very impressed ! Would recommend them hands-down!
