Mark did a great job. On time, efficient, proper face covering and distancing. He worked hard on the carpets, and even removed or reduced stains that we thought were permanent. Lifted up the pile so that the carpets are much softer under foot. Very satisfied with the job!

Great job at getting the dirt out!!

We had a very difficult stain on our basement pool/family room carpet. It was a big stain, about 12-18" in diameter and it was quite dark, a DARK BROWN coffee colored stain. A hanging plant had been over watered. They CAME BACK 5 TIMES, at no extra charge, until WE were satisfied that the stain was GONE!!

They are very professional & thorough. We've always been pleased with how our carpets came out. We have also had you come to clean our tile in the shower. We were very pleased with the results. I would recommend you highly.

Our elderly cat had an accident on one of our newly reupholstered sofa cushions. It reeked and we didn’t think there was any way it could be cleaned. Were we wrong! They did a fabulous job. We’re back to breathing normally 😅and happily recommend these folks.

The carpet technician arrived on time and was very professional. A face covering was used the entire time and they used shoe coverings anytime they were inside. They did a great job removing the soil from the carpet and worked on a stubborn stain until I was satisfied with the results.
I would recommend there service to anyone based on my experience.

Russ always communicates clearly ahead of time and then does a great job once he's here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
