The carpet cleaning upstairs, downstairs and the steps was EXCELLENT. The tile in the entry way was like NEW. Tile in the small bathroom is nominally better than it was.

One issue— there is a brown stain on one of the drapery panels in the living room. Any suggestions as to how to deal with that stain??

I'm embarrassed to admit my carpeted stairs were terrible, but the results were were great for the base price. Saved my back from trying to do it with my small spot carpet cleaner. He was on time and very nice. I really like they gave a cleaning solution that can be refilled at no charge, and the shoe covers.
