We had never had the vents in our 1960's home cleaned and with recent renovations it needed to be done. We loved how quickly they got us scheduled and the estimate was actually more than it ended up costing so that was a bonus! The cleaner that came to us had no issues wearing the n95 mask we gave him (immunocompromised household), which we greatly appreciated as well. He showed us everything that came out (a LOT) and what to expect for the next few days. The only thing I wish I had known ahead of time was how much fine particulate dust would be stirred up, as it caused a massive allergic response from my body and I sounded like Barry White for a week with lots of congestion. Not sure if that was avoidable at all with covers on the vents he wasn't working on, but we're just happy it got done and done well.

They were careful and took their time cleaning the carpet. Excellent job.

The team did a great job of cleaning the ductwork in our home. It was a big job that may not have been done before. They were working hard all day.

Russ was hired to clean our dryer vent. Through his efforts he discovered that our dryer ductwork either didn’t exist or had come apart. We hired a contractor who had to cut out some drywall behind sink in garage and also some drywall in the ceiling in basement closet. The ductwork had separated some time ago as there was much lint above ceiling in closet. Repairs are still being made to correct this mess. please let Russ know this. He was very helpful as usual.

The Steamway Craftsman was very professional, and he did a wonderful job on the carpets. I was very impressed how the carpets looked when he was done. Two of the rooms had not had a complete carpet clean in years and they looked like new.

Steamway recently cleaned our carpets and they did an incredible job. They were on time and the carpet looked brand new!!
