We had never had the vents in our 1960's home cleaned and with recent renovations it needed to be done. We loved how quickly they got us scheduled and the estimate was actually more than it ended up costing so that was a bonus! The cleaner that came to us had no issues wearing the n95 mask we gave him (immunocompromised household), which we greatly appreciated as well. He showed us everything that came out (a LOT) and what to expect for the next few days. The only thing I wish I had known ahead of time was how much fine particulate dust would be stirred up, as it caused a massive allergic response from my body and I sounded like Barry White for a week with lots of congestion. Not sure if that was avoidable at all with covers on the vents he wasn't working on, but we're just happy it got done and done well. Read more >
