I wouldn't say, I love craftsman, but friendly, went about the cleaning in a thorough manner. Told me there was one area that was more difficult but got it was very good.

Mark did an excellent job, as always. Prompt, professional and very thorough. He even removed spots from our white carpet that I thought were there forever (new dog).

Steamway Craftsmen refurbished our hardwood floors. They showed up at the appointed time and explained how the process would work and conferred with us on repair of some areas with high wear. We were apprised of the time required for drying. We were able to have light foot traffic by late afternoon. The floor looks so much better!

The initial wood floor refinishing work was somewhat disappointing poor cleanup work by the crew and an inconsistent looking surface on the floor. However, after expressing my concern, Roger reviewed the work and placed another surface coat. The final result is much nicer and more in line with what we hoped to see.

Great job! I had a very dirty couch and ottoman, Steamway took their time and it looks like new! Customer service was excellent too.

They did another fantastic job cleaning our area rug !! It looks better than it did when it was brand new !!!
