I called Stateline at 11am and explained my situation to Carol that I had an emergency with my septic tank. She said let me make a couple of calls to find out if the her guys could re-arrange their schedule. Promptly called back and they were there by 2pm. Very professional and courteous, I felt as if they went above and beyond to fix my problem. I would recommend Stateline to anyone, true customer service. Thanks again. Jesse
