We had our septic pumped on 12/1 and I had called the day prior for scheduling. The receptionist, and the service guys were all very professional. The service guys were especially kind and helpful. Being that we are in a new home and there was very little information given to us upon the purchase regarding the state of the existing system. Both of the servicemen were very helpful describing what kind of system we have and what I needed to do about upkeep. Thank you both!
