We are in the process of buying a home and had a challenging time frame to complete inspections. State Line Septic was able to fit us into their schedule and did a very thorough job of inspecting the system. We’ve never had a septic system before and Jennifer was especially kind and patient with us in answering all of our questions. She took the time to explain how the septic systems work in general and showed us specifically how ours is set up. The testing revealed some issues which were outlined in the detailed report she provided, and she fully explained to us her recommendations for fixing the system. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with, not only because of her level of expertise, but also because of her wonderful personality! The office staff was very friendly as well. We highly recommend them!
