I called Stateline at 11am and explained my situation to Carol that I had an emergency with my septic tank. We had a very short escrow and needed a septic system inspection in a hurry. State Line Septic came to our rescue. We never had a septic tank before and Jennifer was especially patient in answering all our questions. She went above and beyond educating us on how septic systems work. Some problems were discovered during the inspection and Jennifer provided a very detailed report of the test results. She also offered suggestions on ways to keep the system working properly once it's fixed. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the office staff was friendly as well.
