We had a problem with our showers and toilets backing up. I called State Line and spoke with a super nice lady. She informed me of all charges that could apply and told me she would try to get to us the next day but it probably would be the following day due to all the calls they had. (This was during the subfreezing weather and snow we we're having. They were able to get us the next day.
Harley (I believe that was his name) came out. He was very friendly and professional. He and another gentleman got started and cleaned our septic tank out. He then came to the door and explained what they found, what they did and assured me all was good.
I could not have asked for any better service. Honest, prompt, professional and reasonable cost.
