I moved into a newer house and our first time being on septic. We are completely uninformed about how septic systems are supposed to work. I called to ask if a person could come out and look at our system to make sure it was working properly. Not having issues, just concerned about level in tank when I looked. The woman who answered was more than informative and answered all my questions wonderfully, assuring me my system was doing as it should be. She could have sent someone out, charged me a service fee to say all is well. I will definitely call this company when/if I have any septic issues.
