I am a local real estate broker and sell homes in Bella vista. When i get a house under contract for a buyer, if the septic tank hasnt been pumped in 5 years, i always recommend doing it. It allows the septic people to look at it and see if it looks like its supposed to. Especially clients that are unfamiliar with septic systems....it allows them to get an education. This company was great... and actually were running early. They communicated well with me and were very professional. I highly recommend them!

We called to have the septic tank emptied. They actually called and came earlier than the appointed time. They were pleasant and professional. They even informed us it was probably premature. We are having a family reunion expecting 20 or more for four or more days and didn’t want the septic system to be a problem so we had them do it anyway. I respect their honesty and would recommend them to anyone needing their services. They were mindful of our property and were careful not to drip or disturb anything.
