We had a very bad experience with Squeegee Squad. I'll mention a just couple of the many frustrating parts. First, the crew was supposed to flush out our downspouts. I confirmed this with the person who took our order & prepared our estimate. I confirmed this with the main worker - as we walked around the house and went over the work to be done. I had to turn on the water to the outside faucets for this as it was late fall. When the "work" was done - I asked several times if the gutters were cleaned (yes - they were) and if the downspout was flushed. He assured me that they were. They actually WERE NOT. They did not use any water and did NOT flush out the spouts. Secondly, one row of windows that they "cleaned" was horribly dirty. You couldn't tell until a sunny day when the streaks & smudges were evident. Another crew did come out (no charge - thank you)...

Squeegee Squad came out to the property I manage to clean gutters and did a great job. Were even willing to do a little extra work we weren't originally quoted for. Very responsive and priced reasonably. Having them back soon for more work.
