They’re ok, but can’t ever complete a job fully or correctly. They were supposed to clean my windows, gutters, patios and porch screens, but they only cleaned the windows and gutters. The gutters don’t look like they were cleaned, and they ignored several windows, and that’s it. They charged me over $800 for this. I’m never using them again.

We had the outside of our windows cleaned, as well as a power wash of our patio. They were easy to work with, from getting a quote to completion of the job.

I have over 20 windows in my house. Squeegee Squad cleaned insides, outsides, and in-betweens plus screens. Of course, it rained as soon as the washer hit the last few windows, but still so clean and fresh! I will invite them back in the spring to do the outsides with fall being all sides of glass. Maybe my kitchen cabinet glass fronts too! 😃

I would highly recommend ILEENA but the rest of the crew was unacceptable. I requested a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They were scheduled for service at 4pm. No call and they showed up 3 hours early at 1pm which is nap time at our house. When I explained they were 3 hours early without any notification the guy in charge brushed it off. I'm assuming he wanted to get off early on Friday. The 2 men working on the outside missed an entire 1/4 of our house and then were just waiting in the truck for the others to finish up. I had to go back out there and ask them to finish the job. There were several windows inside they weren't going to clean because the guy had trouble with the screen or couldn't reach as they had to lean over our kitchen sink. I had to remove and replace several screens for them. Ileena went back and fixed many streaks they left as well as went...

They were great. They responded right away when I inquired about the service and, on the day of service, I had a medical emergency with my Mom. They were very accommodating and understanding. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services. Plus the windows looked amazing!
