The man who did our windows was pleasant, however he did such a poor job on our windows. On our sliding glass door there were dirty dried drips on the floor & down the trim. This also happened on other windows. I had to point it out and have him do over. The screens were not cleaned to the level I anticipated. I'm not even sure what he did to screens. I did not know cleaning the tracks was extra. But how do you clean windows & leave tracks dirty. I was extremely disappointed.

I asked for an estimate for inside/outside window cleaning and received it quickly. They din't have immediate openings, but scheduled me for the next available appointment. I have some very difficult to reach windows. The did a great job, and I can't believe how much better my house looks!
