The person that did the cleaning didn't know he was doing both inside & outside. Seemed a little frazzled over the news. He did both. Compared to last year, this years cleaning left some streaks on some windows (11 out of 24 to be exact) Last year no streaks anywhere. My husband did go out and cleaned the 5 in the Living room and bedroom. In addition the price really changed. On the work order The section for Out Only was listed as $263.00 - that was crossed off. Then the section for In/Out 43 with cost of $360.00. In the total amount section original cost was $280.58 which was crossed off. Total below was written $360.69 or $370.69 or. $390.69. The first 2 figures were crossed out. The last figure, the 300 number, was written over (numbers are 360 or 370 or 390.) The work order service dates 11/26/24. Did a great job.

I have used Squeegee squad many times and this time was not good at all. Whoever was doing the windows did an awful job, they forgot to squeegee off several windows and I have marks on almost all the windows. It’s winter now so it can’t be fixed, but you have a very unhappy customer
