The employee was professional and polite. He did a great job on my windows.

Unfortunately the next day around mid morning when the sun hit the windows just right I noticed so many streaks. They also broke one of my screens and didn’t replace another screen correctly so we found out the hard way after 25 June bugs entered the room.

Originally scheduled for 11 AM to 1PM. Changed with 2 days notice (thank you) to 12 noon to 2 PM. To me that means they arrive about noon and are done about 2 PM. At 2 PM I called the company to ask where they are and was told that no one told her they were running behind, She then called the assigned team to check with them. They immediately said they were on their way. They did not arrive until 2:20 PM. I do not have a complaint about the finished product but about their total lack of respect for our time. I probably will not use their services again due to this.
