Squeegee Squad

This is a mixed review. I would give the window cleaning 5 stars and the power washing of the siding 2 stars. The day our power washing was scheduled, 10/31/24, we had a mini-snow storm in our neighborhood. I was told the previous day that the squad would no come out if it was less than 40 degrees, it was 36, so I was surprised when they showed up. It was near blizzard conditions and I do not know how the washer could see to do a good job. I asked about this and he said it did not matter. Well - the siding was not cleaned uniformly and does not look very good. I told the office about this and someone was supposed to come on 11/5 (the day of our window cleaning) and do a courtesy review. No one came out to do the siding, but the window people did show up and did an excellent job. I am not sure what can be done about our siding and since it is so late in the season our outside...

The employee was professional and polite. He did a great job on my windows.

Unfortunately the next day around mid morning when the sun hit the windows just right I noticed so many streaks. They also broke one of my screens and didn’t replace another screen correctly so we found out the hard way after 25 June bugs entered the room.

Originally scheduled for 11 AM to 1PM. Changed with 2 days notice (thank you) to 12 noon to 2 PM. To me that means they arrive about noon and are done about 2 PM. At 2 PM I called the company to ask where they are and was told that no one told her they were running behind, She then called the assigned team to check with them. They immediately said they were on their way. They did not arrive until 2:20 PM. I do not have a complaint about the finished product but about their total lack of respect for our time. I probably will not use their services again due to this.
