It was admittedly hectic when my team (duo) arrived, as movers were there also, but even if I could have given the window washers my full attention, it wouldn't have mattered as neither guy spoke English. NONE. I wish the co. owner had warned me of that, or sent at least one crew member who could communicate even a little with client. I was reduced to using Google translate on my phone; it was comically difficult to communicate. But not funny. They wanted to leave; I discovered they took shortcuts, and I had to forcefully pantomime that they weren't done until they, yes, climbed up ladders to wash the exteriors of the 2nd floor windows *as was contracted*.
