The window cleaning was well done, however, two child locks were broke during the window cleaning. Still don’t understand how one was broke, let alone two?! Also, the worker didn’t even tell me about it even though I was in the room where it happened. I noticed it when I went to open the windows the next day. Communication didn’t go well at all trying to get them fixed. Also, an appointment was set by SS to get them fixed and no one showed up during the window. I called at the end of the window, and was told I would get a call back in a couple minutes as to what was going on and never did. I had to call again the next day and was told the parts weren’t in, so that is why no one showed up?! Several workers were not able to communicate with me in person and a few times they had me talk to someone on the phone instead. So many issues with trying to get something fixed that a worker...
